This airy apartment (220 sq.m) is located on the last floor of a 16th-century building, also the former home of the Gradenigo’s, one of the most eminent families of Venetian patricians. Its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make it perfect for 6 or 7 people.
This apartment is on the third floor and develops over two levels. At the entrance, we have a boiler room with a washing machine, an airy living room furnished with armchairs and sofas to enjoy moments of relaxation or watch the TV. The living room includes a niche that serves as the dining room and is surrounded by large windows overlooking Venice’s roofs framed by beautiful external columns. Next to the dining room, we have an airy double bedroom featuring exposed beams. The air conditioner split is in the living room and also serves the bedroom. The large kitchen overlooks the internal courtyard and is furnished with a table and chairs. It is also equipped with cooking tools, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, and a kettle.
