Special feature of the apartment is the balcony in one of the two double bedrooms, with a view to the Beccarie. The window of a bedroom and that of the bathroom offer a small glimpse of a canal.

The surroundings of the apartment are very lively, most of all during the first hours of the morning when the market is full of sounds and voices of the real Venice. The fashion boutiques are over the Rialto Bridge, along the Mercerie that lead to St. Mark’s Square, one of the most beautiful squares in the world.
