CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Special feature of the apartment is the balcony in one of the two double bedrooms, with a view to the Beccarie. The window of a bedroom and that of the bathroom offer a small glimpse of a canal.
The additional comforts of the apartment are Lcd television, air conditioning, hair dryer, toaster, vacuum cleaner , WI FIand cradle for children (if requested).
